This includes business contact details (name, corporate email, company name, telephone, country) and technical workpiece requirements submitted via our RFQ forms.
2. Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property Protection
We strictly protect customer CAD drawings, STEP files, and custom tooling parameters. All technical drawings uploaded for quotation or cycle time evaluation are processed solely by certified application engineers under strict internal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
3. Use of Information
- Generating commercial equipment pricing, CIF/FOB logistics estimates, and delivery schedules.
- Conducting machining feasibility studies, tooling layout calculations, and spindle power selections.
- Coordinating factory-direct warranty coverage, scheduled maintenance, and replacement spare parts dispatch.
