Terms of Service & Equipment Warranty

1. Quotations & Contract Validity

All machinery quotations, technical layout drawings, and cycle time estimates provided via online inquiries or formal PDF proposals remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Commercial contracts become binding upon mutual written signing and receipt of the agreed deposit.

2. 24-Month Manufacturer Warranty Policy

All machine tool models carry a comprehensive 24-month factory warranty commencing from the date of bill of lading (B/L) or on-site commissioning sign-off. This warranty covers:

• Structural cast iron components (machine base, column, saddle, table).
• Spindle cartridges, bearings, ballscrews, and linear guideways under proper maintenance.
• CNC control units, servo motors, amplifiers, and optical scales.

3. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Prior to dispatch, every machine undergoes comprehensive dry-run testing followed by Renishaw laser interferometer calibration (ISO 230-2) and ballbar circularity inspection. Buyers are entitled to perform on-site FAT or receive complete video inspection reports and calibration certificates before final balance settlement.

4. Delivery Terms & Packaging

Standard deliveries comply with Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP). All machinery is packed in fumigated, vacuum-sealed, export-grade seaworthy wooden cases equipped with anti-corrosion desiccant and shock indicators.
